Individual Counseling – Everyone experiences challenges or hardships in their life an at times may need extra support to help overcome those obstacles and individual counseling may be helpful.  There are several benefits of individual counseling, such as, promoting self-awareness, encouraging self-exploration, identifying boundaries, setting limits, enhancing coping skills and utilizing healthy coping skills.  

Family Counseling – The goal of family therapy is to improve communication and reduce conflict within the family and to develop and maintain healthy boundaries to ensure that there is cohesion within the unit.  Family therapy can also help promote problem solving by helping family members better understand family dynamics.  Family counseling can help heal any emotional, mental, or psychological wounds that may have occurred during a special situation, such as, death, divorce, blended families or serious illness.       

Couples Counseling – Couples will face challenges that they may need to seek extra support with to help improve communication and reduce conflict.  Couples counseling can also help to rebuild and strengthen relationships. 

Adolescent and Child Counseling – Adolescent and child counseling is a type of counseling that focuses on the child or the adolescent to help them overcome mental health or behavioral challenges.  The benefits are to promote social skills, promote self-esteem and self-awareness, reduce anger and aggression, overcome challenges and promote healthy coping skills to help adolescents and children live their best life.  

Military counseling for Veterans, active duty and their families – Military families may experience many transitions that they need support with, such as, deployments, reintegration, PCS’ing, retirement, PTSD, depression, TBI’s, marital concerns, improving relationships at work at home, stress management, parenting and grief and loss.  

Affirmative Counseling – We offer a safe place for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) community to feel comfortable in sharing their identities and relationships. We embrace the positive views and help process negative experiences.  

Tele-health services offered – Online therapy can be just as beneficial as face to face therapy.  Tele-health is a confidential service that is provided to the individual where they can be in the privacy of their own home.
