Licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW
Living Tree New Braunfels Counseling Center PLLC is looking for highly motivated therapists who are licensed in the state of Texas in one of the following mental health fields: LPC, LMFT or LCSW. Candidates should be self-driven, dependable, ethical and conscientious.
Our therapists work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, marriage problems, and much more. Therapists establish their own schedules and scope of practice. Active license and malpractice insurance is required. Referrals to you are dependent on your specialty and insurance credentialing. This is an excellent opportunity to have the private practice feel without the financial risk. Our therapists love the autonomy and the collaboration of the clinical team.
Our offices are very beautiful and accommodating for all of our client’s needs. You will be given your own office space, a shared receptionist who will help with scheduling and manage your back office needs. We also provide paid utilities, ample parking, marketing, billing services, credentialing, business forms/cards and company webpage, HIPAA compliant EMR, CEUs and much more.
Requirements:
Therapist will exercise appropriate therapeutic modalities and techniques with children, adolescents and adults with various mental health issues. Adhere to established clinical and ethical standards. The ability to utilize a personal computer in order to use the cloud-based systems utilized by the group practice for progress notes, treatment plans, scheduling and billing.
Education:
Candidates should have completed all necessary coursework leading to a Master’s degree. They should have also successfully passed the State licensing exam and completed all required internship hours under a Board-approved Supervisor.
Required experience:
Clinical Experience: 2 years
Candidates will have to interpret client’s presenting problems, establish goals, monitor progress and modify the treatment plans every 3 months. Candidates must be personable to establish a nurturing rapport with clients, while simultaneously maintaining ethical boundaries.

- Assessment, diagnosis, and case conceptualization
- Individual, couple, family, group and other systems interventions
- In-person and virtual psychotherapy with individuals and groups
- Consultation and collaboration with other behavioral health providers including counselors, marriage and family therapists, and social workers.
- Individual, group, and peer supervision by trained Clinical Supervisors
- Training and education opportunities through our Center
- Research
